Why should our members try one of your classes?
Members should try my classes as they are challenging and you will get a great workout whilst having fun!
Why did you decide to become a fitness trainer?
I became a fitness trainer because I have always been into health and fitness, I played a lot of sports and wanted to help others get fit and feel great.
Do you have fitness goals for yourself?
My fitness goals are to get my body fat percentage down to 12-15% and keep improving my running and cycling.
What do you love about your job?
I love being able to help my clients reach their goals and watch them transform themselves and gain confidence.
Your favorite unhealthy treat?
If you could train with anyone in the world who would it be and why?
The person I would choose to train with is Richard Froning as he is an amazing athlete and has won the Cross-fit Games three consecutive years from 2012-2014.
Best piece of coaching advice you can offer?
The best coaching advice I could give is to make achievable fitness goals but dream big, train hard at every session and never give up!
