With plenty of the latest strength training equipment, you will have lots of variety including functional areas, free weights, plate weighted equipment as well as pin weighted machines and circuit areas. There’s something for everyone. We also have women’s only training areas.

Cardio Zone

Our Cardio Zones have plenty of machines to choose from including, Bikes, Treadmills, Steppers and loads more, you certainly won’t have to wait to jump on a machine. They are also fitted with large Plasma screens so you can enjoy a wide range of visual channels whilst you workout!

Stronger Together

Group Fitness Classes

All our clubs offer fun and dynamic group fitness classes. Whether you are interested in high impact body attack and boot camp style classes or a more relaxed class such as yoga and zumba our group fitness timetables have loads of variety to keep you enjoying the gym everyday. All classes are free and included in your membership.
