BIKE BLITZ: 30 or 45min indoor cycling class that burns fat in record time. Great fun, with great music and no complicated moves.
FIT 45: 45 minutes of fun interval training combining strength and conditioning in a group environment using a variety of equipment based and body weight exercises. You’ll push your body to new limits to guarantee results! Suitable for all levels of fitness.
KONGA®: is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. A fierce & wild workout designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin overload.
CIRCUIT: A 45 minute class incorporating a variety of cardio exercises and resistance techniques.
ABT: Focusing purely on strengthening your abs, butts and thighs. A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises will target common problem areas. This class delivers an intense regime that is designed to yield results. Our expert fitness instructors are there to help at every step of the way.
ZUMBA: ‘exercise in disguise!’ This Latin-dance inspired class combines fast & slow rhythms to tone & sculpt the body. Easy-to follow dance format Zumba is fun and exciting.
PUMP: is a barbell class that strengthens your entire body. It challenges all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
ZUU: ZUU is high intensity interval training using primal moves – push, pull, bend, twist, squat, lunge and locomotion in a unique 45 minute workout.
POWER X: PowerX is a strength & conditioning class created to help increase strength, improve technique and fitness. Cardio coupled with weight training will give you a fantastic overall body workout suitable for beginners right through to elite athletes.
XTREME HH STEP: *Booking required. A fun class where the instructor guides you through the steps, having you move and flow burning unwanted calories in record time.
